Sophie was communicative and made sure I had a good time. The place is really nice, like a combination of a really large hotel room but with an apartment home goods :)

Good value for money, good location
Building lobby was smelly on Sunday due to garbage not collected, but this was not felt in the apartment.

Hostess is very polite and kind. Location is near public transportation stops and you can get very quickly to all major attractions in the city. There are nice restaraunts near the apartment. Check in and check out was very easy.
While rooms were clean, most of ceiling corners had spider webbing. Shower head in the bathtub couldn't be turned on so we had to manage showering without it. Mattres is very soft so maybe it will not be comfortable to sleep on for everyone. Public parking in the street is free during weekend but there is almost no available spots. We were circling the street for 45 minutes to find parking. Also there is a lot of one way traffic streets so location is not great for car travelers. There are two night clubs in the street, and on the first night it was so noisy that we needed to close the windows so we could sleep.
All in all, wanted to give honest review about current state of appartment. Maybe it was better before, but at the moment I hope host will take note of these issues for future guests.
