The hotel is not so close to the center,but it is worth staying there because the room was lovely... it was well kept and has a lot of small details. When we arrived the staff made us fill a form to choose our breakfast for the next morning.Breakfast was in a lovely room with a beautiful view of Lake Gregory,and the food was delicious...very good quality. A great standard for Sri Lanka.
The road to get there is steep and narrow,it is ok if you have a tuk tuk or a small car.We had no problems.

If you enjoy boutique hotels, you’ll love this place. It’s small, cozy, and has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and do their absolute best to make your stay comfortable.
The breakfast is decent you simply choose from a set menu, and they prepare it for you. Its fine
The location is excellent, and the balcony offers a beautiful view overlooking the lake, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay.
Keep in mind that the hotel is located on a hill, so there is a short but fairly steep walk up to reach it.
There is no air conditioning or fan in the room, but honestly, neither is needed because the weather is naturally cool and very pleasant. At night around 14c
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel with beautiful views.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio, tiene unas vistas increíbles. Desayuno completo. Personal muy amable. Solo hicimos una noche de paso para coger el tren pero volveríamos sin duda.
