Sehr gepflegte Anlage nahe Tsumeb, günstig gelegen von Caprivi, Rundu Richtung Etosha. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste.

The accommodation is lovely and the environs are pleasant, however the place is somewhat neglected - weeds in the tennis courts…
The service wasn’t the best. The receptionist, waiter, barman who is the same person was inflexible and not able to assist on many levels. When I checked out, he was unable to give me a tax invoice. He informed me that it would be mailed to my address after the Easter break. I left my contact details, I followed up with an email on 7 April, no response. I called on 9 April and advised that an email had been sent. He said he’d advise his manager and on 13 April, I still have no invoice and called again to follow up. He advised me that he could not do anything, even when I asked for his manager’s contact, he said he could not share them and could not help me. This kind
of customer service is unacceptable. What a disappointment!
