Location was excellent as was the view. Everything was comfortable & the bedroom was quiet. Plenty of space.
The white cockatoos made using the balcony unpleasant.
We needed to remember to make sure blinds were down/closed when using bathroom for privacy as it was quite exposed.
Unfortunately the toilet had a window that couldnt be closed, therefore smell of frying oil from restaurants at ground level consistantly came through.

Great size apartment. Excellent location. Free parking.
Heating didn't work but i do think it was only due to flat batteries in the remote control so an easy fix.

Location and space
The property smelt, there were ants, bugs and spiders in the property. It needs a complete renovation, the doors to the veranda were both broken and the locks need replacing. I would not stay here again unless the apartment presented better
