La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro histórico. Cerca de todo, restaurantes, comercios, monumentos, zona de ocio. Sorprende que estando en zona de bares, no se oye nada desde el interior del apartamento, además de un trato amable y cercano por parte de Manuela.

Instalaciones, limpieza, comunicación con la responsable, admiten perros sin coste, ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona pese a estar en el centro de Avilés

La situación del alojamiento perfecta porque está en el mismo centro de Avilés, cerca del casco histórico, comercios y transporte. El apartamento está muy limpio y es tranquilo aunque está en una zona de bares no se oye ningún ruido. La comunicación con la anfitriona perfecta.
