Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 notti, e mai ci saremmo aspettati di trovare un’accoglienza così calorosa! La Signora oltre ad essere sempre stata gentilissima, è super professionale. La pulizia è straordinariamente impeccabile su ogni aspetto. La posizione centralissima permette di raggiungere spiagge meravigliose e ristoranti qualitativamente parlando buoni in 4/5 minuti a piedi. A portata di mano c’è un supermarket sotto casa dotato di tutto. Ma tornando sulla struttura Villa Alia, le camere da noi prenotate erano dotate di qualsiasi comfort: parcheggio comodissimo, Wi-Fi veloce e facilmente accessibile, condizionatore, televisione, stendi abiti nel balcone, zanzariera, tende oscuranti, frigorifero, freezer, cucina con utensili base per cucinare a casa, fornelli ad induzione, bagno con doccia senza piatto doccia, e anche se vedo recensioni negative rispetto a questo, noi non abbiamo riscontrato problemi né tanto meno “allagamenti” vari. Stessa cosa per quanto riguarda la musica che proviene dai locali adiacenti, gli infissi permettono di avere silenzio e tranquillità all’interno della camera.
Non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Una famiglia meravigliosa sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ringraziamo ancora Villa Alia per il meraviglioso soggiorno offertoci! È sicuramente un arrivederci ❤️

Good location, close to the beaches and central to the vibe of the town (lots of restaurants and bars). Clean and well looked after. Friendly host. Good parking.
No toilet paper, washing up liquid/cloths and no kettle (but there were mugs). The road where the property is located get closed to vehicles from 7-11pm each night so limits activities outside of Ksamil

Очень чисто, каждый день замена постели и полотенец, все белоснежное. Приятные хозяева. В номере есть все что нужно для отдыха. Уютный дворик, есть паркинг. Находиться в прекрасной локации, близко море,рестораны. Мы провели прекрасно отдых, уехали довольные, отдохнувшие и всем советую .
