La casa è molto spaziosa e luminosa, moderna, essenziale. Situata in un attico. È in una palazzina tenuta male e sporca ma di fronte al mare. Parcheggio riservato apprezzatissimo! La fregatura è stata trovare da subito l'ascensore non funzionante. Tre piani e mezzo sono tanti coi bagagli, la spesa e un figlio infortunato al secondo giorno di vacanza, col gesso al piede e le stampelle... Inoltre le camere da letto sono troppo piccole e l'assenza di veri materassi ci ha fatto venire mal di schiena e riposare male. I letti presentano solo dei topper economici in spugna, anche di bassa altezza. La qualità della lenzuola e coperte è di bassa qualità, inoltre sono vecchie e sbiadite, sintetiche e fanno sudare. La casa presenta sia oggetti rotti, che poca manutenzione e appena arrivati c'erano aloni sui mobili della cucina, tazze e padelle non lavate bene, microonde e forno unti, un cassetto del freezer sporco, sedie macchiate, il bollitore pieno di calcare che non funziona bene. Siamo stati grati del check in anticipato però avremmo preferito aspettare e avere la casa pulita bene. Boris, è stato sempre pronto a rispondere ai messaggi, gentile, e ci ha fornito su richiesta dei teli doccia più grandi. L'unica richiesta non esaudita è stata farmi avere uno specchio. In tutto l'appartamento c'è solo lo specchio del bagno. Ottimi la smart TV, la lavastoviglie, il Wi-Fi e l'aria condizionata.
Tornerei solo con l'ascensore funzionante e migliore pulizia.
L'ascensore rotta e trovare alcune stoviglie sporche, forno e microonde unti, nessun materasso vero sui letti.

The location is excellent – just a minute’s walk to the beach. The private parking was a big plus in an area where parking is hard to find. There's a small grocery store nearby, and we enjoyed walks along the shore. The beach is well equipped, and there are great restaurants just steps away. The building has an elevator, though we couldn’t get it to work – might have been our fault.
The kitchen could use a few more essentials like a cutting board and better pans. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we had to wash the blankets ourselves due to an unpleasant smell – but nothing was a deal-breaker or couldn’t be solved.
