The area is beautiful, lovely walks nearby. The Barn was comfortable, great location however it is on a busy road. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows. There was no welcome pack, I realise that's not a given but everywhere else I have stayed have always arrived to a welcome pack, its just nice.
The bathroom window wouldn't open. The grass needed cutting only reason I mention this is that it makes it difficult looking for dog poop 💩

A lovely cottage - well cared for and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy, the property had everything we needed and the private drive way to park the car was a bonus. The cottage is situated in a quiet village, with easy access to the Forest of Dean and Wye valley attractions. Pub 1 mile away, bakery 1/2 mile. I would definitely stay here again.

Tidy little barn in a beautiful location close to the Forest of Dean, with a number of great dog-friendly walks within 10-15 minutes drive. Good bakery and butcher in the village.
It’s worth noting that the house backs onto the main village road, which appears to be a local cut through to the A40. Poor double glazing in the living area means there's a fair amount of traffic noise, particularly during the day.
