Location, the room size.
The room was not clean at all. There was hair everywhere. Toilet paper was only half roll and there was no additional. Breakfast was very poor and low quality, the cucumber and tomato was not fresh, and renewed only after requested. Though the newly brought ones were rotten.

We loved the location and the overall hotel facilities.
Just the fact that sauna and hamam were common, we would prefer them to be separated for different genders.

Clean and great breakfast
The receptionists were not welcoming , especially the woman receptionist, she was really rude not a smile , not a glance, she just ordered me to give my passport without even looking at me. I reached the hotel at 12.30, I was coldly informed that there no checking before 14.00 (which I could understand if it is informed nicely and politely). I waited an hour and a half in the lobby, they would not even ask if you wish for a glass of water. By 14.15 I approached the reception to see if I could check in , if I would have not gone to them, they probably would have let me wait another hour or more. In ten days in Azerbaijan that the was first time I came across unpleasant people.
