The location was absolutely wonderful. Right in the heart of things. The room was good sized with access to a patio, which was also l lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Staff only on location Saturday, but good communication via Booking.com messaging and email.
I can't really say. I suppose carrying luggage up the stairs? It really was a pleasant location and stay. Couldn't name anything I really didn't like.

Location is fantastic, clean room, cold fridge & easy out of hours check in
Could have done with extra pillows on the bed & the shower head was broken/leaked so made it hard to use properly

It’s very fit and clean. Super convenient location to every famous spots, no need to call a uber or bolt, I always walk.

Great location
Uncomfortable beds & pillows no shower head holder for the shower meaning you had to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other. Broken lamp in the room issues with door not locking properly. Some construction work going on in the building starting early in the morning woke us up. No remote for the airconditioning.
