I loved the stay, it was peaceful. Clean rooms & washrooms. Good value for money. Breakfast was also delicious, gave homely feeling. Size of the rooms were really good.
Nothing as such. Maybe ACs can be replaced with heaters, much needed. Shower gel was empty, kettle can also be given.

Residency is good for outstation stay,with reasonable price.Staff was helpful and Room also clean.anyting all better.
Only need to be improved only one service.
Please Provide Complete Hours Hot Water, Because already atmosphere are very cold that's why cold water use impossible to use there.

The location is good, The room sizer are bigger. Liked the room configuration
The service could have been better. The breakfast served was only one paratha. Post asking for more Poha was served

Location was on main road. Car parking was available.
Ground floor room had lot of reception and guest noises. Even though price was competitive but not value for money. Intercom was nor working.

Nothing to like.
It was really poor experience as we spent almost 9k for one day but they didn't offered any toiletries, Coalgate, electric kettle etc. Even bedsheets were not cleaned as it was full of hairs and stinking badly. For breakfast they offered only Upma and Poha with tea which is really worst as if we're staying any hotels nowadays then they offers different kinds of menus etc. Even though we reached before checking time but rooms were not ready for 1 hour. Such a bad experience please don't visit.

Room was clean and staffs are supportive and helpful. Food was excellent.
Hot water was provided only in morning time.
Alteast in winter season, it has to be available 24 hours or geaser has to be installed @ room.

Overall good hotel I can say..good rooms with cleanliness. Good staff.
Breakfast is too cold and also proper hot water in washrooms easily not available. You need to wait more for proper hot water.

Location wise the hotel is good.
As we went in Diwali holidays, it was overpriced than the facility being provided. Complementary breakfast has only two options and in paid breakfast it had multiple options!!!

Cleanliness and services of Hotel staff is good and fast.

Vikky at reception was a great guy. Rooms were big and very classy.
The Drivers at parking lot who are on stand by were very rude and badtameez. Such drivers should not be allowed to use the parking of hotel.
