How well kept the property was. The entire staff being so friendly. The room just being so quiet and comfortable hated that I had to leave.

Only thing I could complain about is that the streaming app were not working due to a connection issue.

Location was great. Access to river walk, close to downtown, quiet. Clean. Every employee we came across was exceptionally professional and friendly. They went out of their way to greet us throughout the day as we passed through the building.

WE were in 102 and there was a lot of stomping during the night from upstairs above our room, It was the guests above our room. It didn't sound like they were doing anything on purpose but we could hear all their walking during the night.

Maybe insulate better between floors
