Отсутсвие комфорта и базовых удобств, плохой сервис, шум и холод.
Местоположение самой зоны отдыха - чистая вода, красивый вид на горы, удобный живописный пирс.
Минус было много:
1) администратор не встретил и не заселил. Пришлось искать ключи самостоятельно. На регистратуре никого не было, помог рандомный человек из администрации. И то, помог тем что порекомендовал позвонить владельцу, который выложил номер на букинг. Кстати на букинг было указано - бронь без предоплаты - это ложь, владелец взял 50% предоплаты.
Администратор на работе отсутствовал - абсолютно наплевательское отношение персонала к гостям. Пришлось звонить, ответила, что придет завтра - за второй половиной оплаты. А заселиться предложила самим. Уровень сервиса прямо скажем отвратительный. Админ так не появилась за все время нашего пребывания. Даже при выселении, никто не принял номер. Просто проходящему мимо сотруднику отдали ключ. Владелец только написал , чтоб перевели ему остаток суммы за номер.
Зона отдыха большая, но это не единая организация, владельцы домиков и номеров разные люди, судя по всему. Поэтому за качество как бы никто не отвечает.
2) Про удобства, точнее их отсутствие. я бронировала номер на 4 взрослых - полотенец было на трех человек. В номере очень холодно, не работают теплые полы, нет кондиционера - после купания можно простудиться. Пол прямо таки ледяной, ковриков не было. В ванной из удобств - пара кусочков мыла, туалетная бумага. Все принадлежности, стандартные для отеля - отсутствуют. Уборка номера не проводится.
3) Еда. на территории есть кафе, но оно не работало, об этом также не предупредил владелец заранее. Хотя в описании указал. Рекомендую тем, кто поедет - запастись заранее продуктами. Там есть магазин, но ассортимент очень скудный, больше сладостей, снеков и напитков. Цены очень сильно завышенные. Мы ходили в соседнюю зону отдыха Радугу - там было кафе на пляже. Заказать еду в номер - нет такой опции.
4) Цена /качество вообще не соответствуют. Только красивые картинки и ложное описание удобств. Бассейн только один, вода в нем очень холодная, и он тоже за отдельную плату.
5) Шум.
