Squeaky clean, centrally located for ferry passengers, elevator, huge terrace, recently renovated, family run. Great restaurants and bars around — neighborhood feel rather than tourist ghetto.
Security green light above door is too bright for comfortable deep sleep. Fridge too loud. 4 am garbage trucks’ ruckus. Didn’t sleep much despite comfortable mattress.

Das B&B Marea ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine hübsche Gemeinschaftsterrasse und auch kleine Terrassen für jedes Zimmer (außer Einzelzimmer). Das B&B ist über einen Aufzug in den 6. Stock erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein italienisches Frühstück gibt es in der Bar nebenan. ( 1 Getränk und 1 Gebäckstück).
Insgesamt ist das Marea sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Kleiderschrankstange im Einzelzimmer ist zu hoch angeordnet. Für kleine Leute unerreichbar.
Die Glastür der Dusche ließ sich nicht komplett schließen.

La camera era spaziosa, la colazione al bar era ottima, la posizione per l'imbarco per le Eolie ottima.
Il cambio biancheria era ogni 3 giorni, secondo me troppo. Il giorno di ferragosto non c'era nessuno in struttura e noi non eravamo stati avvisati che se volevamo la camera rassettata avremmo dovuto dirlo il giorno prima. Loro sostengono di aver mandato un messaggio agli ospiti ma a me non è arrivato nulla, noi eravamo lì dal mercoledì quindi i secchi erano pieni, i letti sfatti e il bagno non pulito e neanche la carta igienica. La giustificazione è stata che essendo ferragosto la ragazza aveva il giorno libero, ma nel turismo non funziona così. Inoltre non c'erano neanche i prodotti da bagno (shampoo, cuffia...).
