What an absolute joy of a place to stay
Stunning views
The accommodation was outstanding… like a mansion with banqueting table and and chandeliers! Even a grand piano .. which my boyfriend loved playing
Bedroom and bathroom also high quality
Amazing pool looking out over an incredible view
The only slight issue was the breakfast on the first morning but we had got up early as we were going canoeing so the lovely guy wasn’t ready and seemed a little bit haphazard. It was a good breakfast in the end.
Oh it is quite a walk from the parking to the accommodation so pack with this in mind !

Eine unglaubliche Lage zwischen Dordogne und dem Schloss oben. Ein großes Gelände mit einem 27 m großen Swimmingpool, ein fantastischer Ausblick.
Wir waren vorgewarnt, dass es schwierig sein würde, einen großen Koffer anzutransportieren. Von daher kein Problem.

Pleasant chap that met us. Excellent views
Parking difficult to find despite instructions. Then the 300 to 400 metre steep climb, with no signage was extremely difficult whilst carrying luggage. The furniture and fittings were poor quality. Shower awful. Bed sheets and blanket v old fashioned. Breakfast was dreadful - rubbish fruit, ancient days old dry bread that was inedible.
