Great location, beautiful room, nice and helpful sraf

Overall good experience. We stayed 4 nights. The room was clean and comfy with hand made design (not professional, but more atmosphere than in typical hotel). The room exit was directly to a terrace with chaise longs and sea view. Breakfast was good. Nearby restaurant from camping was actually quite good and affordable. Parking was good - not always easy in south of France. The beach was Ok too, but no place to hide from the sun (was not needed in our case - September)
As many other comments say, the sound of passing train is quite loud. And also noise from bikers who seem to like the road. But this was not a "killing factor" in our case.

The hotel is located just Stepan from a quiet beach. The common areas of the hotel are spacious and have beautiful views of the ocean. It is away from most of the bigger towns, so it has a small town vibe.
There is a train track just behind the property. While the trains run only from 6 am to 11 pm, it does cause a disturbance.

Room was OK
Listing on Booking made it appear the hotel was on the beach, but it is across the road from the beach, and there is a train track about 50 yards away above the hotel with significant train noise. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were filled with debris and the jacuzzi was not heated. The hotel looked tired overall and the divider on the balcony had broken glass.
