Excellent location, central in the town, shops, restaurants, near beach. The host, Danny was really nice, friendly, welcoming, happy to help and make stay special. Room was fab, big, comfortable bed, clean, toiletries provided. Outside seating. The bar and staff both great and had evening entertainment, which was a surprise. Definitely recommend and stay here again.

Brilliant location tucked just behind Viking Bay with immediate access to the high street's lovely pubs and restaurants

The accommodation could do with a deeper clean, as there was missed dusty areas in the bathroom and the bed linen (for sofa bed) didn't look particularly clean

The owner was very friendly and easy to contact. The place was very big and had a comfy bed.

Our room was right next to the bar meaning we were kept up till 3am with loud music etc. The room has floor to ceiling windows all around which being so close to the bar left is feeling slightly on display. The overall appearance was not great with mould in the shower and a broken cabinet. We requested an early check in at 11:30am due to having an event start at 1:30pm. We were told this would be possible and would cost an extra £20. When we arrived to check in, we were told we had to come back at 12:30 to get the key as the person was not available. We were not charged the additional £20 but this did affect our timing for the event and was very inconvenient.
