Όμορφο , άνετο καθαρό και καινούργιο διαμέρισμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για ευχάριστη διαμονή .7 λεπτά περπάτημα από τη στάση μετρό και 1 λεπτό από στάση λεωφορείου (105) το οποίο σε 10 λεπτά σε πάει στην καρδιά του κέντρου .Διαφορετικά γύρω στα 30 λεπτά περπάτημα περίπου.Ευγενικός ιδιοκτήτης.10 λεπτά από τα πιο φημισμένα λουτρά και την πιο μεγάλη πλατεία/παρκο.

Parking included in the price. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was a blessing during hot weather. The apartment was quiet, facing the courtyard, so no noise from the road.
We found it a bit difficult to find the right door to the complex at first, overall the building might be a little confusing.

We liked everything - location, peace and quiet. The apartment was very clean and cozy with everything you need. There is a 24-hour shop and a public transport stop nearby. The underground garage is a great advantage. The owner was very kind and always available. Easy access to the apartment with precise instructions from the owner. There is air conditioning and a coffee machine. All this made our stay in Budapest great. Thank you.

The location is great, the underground parking is awesome.
There's a lovely coffee place right in front of the building.
The building is pretty ran down despite being relatively new.
The flat was alright but almost every wall was dirty, the paint was peeling off and all the corners were cracking. The interior was very average, low quality ikea furnitures.
The fire alarm in the building went off at 1:00 in the night, which is relatively frequent according to the tenants, it's not really the fault of the flat but overall weird.
