The location was excellent and the whole apartement was really big and spacious. The parking was also very close and we could charge the car very close, also. I liked the apartment! Each room has big windows, the kitchen is well equipped. The closing method of this type of key was a little bit of a challenge for me. :) But we called the host and everything became clear. Maybe there could be a washing machine, but except that we were content with the apartment.

Quartier agréable d’Oviedo avec des commerces locaux. Très proche de la vielle ville. Logement spacieux avec des belles chambres et beau salon et une cuisine refaite à neuf. Le parking longue durée à 3 min dispose d’une station de chargeurs pour voitures électriques. Cela m’a été bien utile.
Manque un peu d’équipement de cuisine

Hemos estado genial en este alojamiento. Es perfecto para 6 personas: tiene tres habitaciones con cama doble, espacio suficiente para dejar la ropa y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
La ubicación es fantástica, muy céntrica y con supermercados cerca. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, son los propietarios. Desde el primer momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, nos ayudaron con todas las dudas y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones sobre sitios para visitar y restaurantes en Asturias. Además, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos entrar antes de la hora prevista.
Todo perfecto.

Estaba muy centrico el apartamento y el hecho de poder acceder sin necesidad de llaves permitía que no tuvieramos problema si nos dividiamos.
Las paredes eran bastante finas por lo que se escuchaba bastante a los vecinos.
