The apartment Lior was very clean, spacious and nicely arranged over two levels. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi bathtub – perfect for relaxing in the evening, especially after a cooler day. The bathroom was very large, with a spacious shower, and fresh towels and bed linen were provided.
The kitchen was fully equipped, with a hob, oven and a large fridge with a freezer. There were also two TVs, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and worked very well throughout our stay.
Free parking on the street, right outside the apartment door was a great advantage and made everything very convenient.
Breakfast was quite simple, but exactly as described by the owner: a traditional Sicilian sweet breakfast consisting of one croissant and an Americano coffee from the coffee machine. It was served in a lovely, welcoming bar located just a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, with several thoughtful amenities that made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely return to this apartment with my wife to celebrate our next wedding anniversary!
These are really just a few minor suggestions rather than actual complaints, as we genuinely enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
The TVs could be a little larger, especially the one in the living room. There is enough space for a 50-inch TV, which would definitely make watching movies from the sofa much more enjoyable, given the viewing distance.
For guests sleeping on the two beds on the mezzanine, the mornings can be quite bright as sunlight comes into this area.
During the hotter summer months, the mezzanine might also get quite warm, as the air conditioning may not be sufficient to cool this upper area. However, the owner has thoughtfully provided a very efficient standing electric fan on the mezzanine, which is certainly helpful.
The beach is around a 25-minute walk away, so having a car is definitely more convenient, especially if you plan to visit the beach regularly.

La posizione era comodissima e il quartiere molto tranquillo! L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort, arredato con gusto esattamente come nelle fotografie e il letto ed i cuscini erano comodissimi. Abbiamo alloggiato ad Avola durante una delle settimane più calde d'agosto e per fortuna nell'appartamento c'era l'aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente e rinfrescava tutti gli ambienti.
Il proprietario tiene tantissimo alla pulizia, ma ahimé noi non siamo stati molto fortunati e segnalando il tutto al proprietario si è detto rammaricato e che avrebbe preso provvedimenti con il personale addetto.

Per quanto riguarda l'arredamento nulla da dire
Manca l'aria se devo fare entrare aria devo aprire la porta e così non c'è privacy si vede benissimo che non è il suo lavoro va bene risparmiare ma prima di tutto vengono i clienti e poi troppe regole cioè non siamo all'asilo
