The apartment as such was very nice with a great view
The whole process, instructions for security payment by following a link (secure or not?), receiving instructions very late in the process, getting the keys from a different location etc. was quite inconvenient from the customers point of view. We came from Cannes where we had a much more pleasant experience with the service provider

Everything is exactly how is presented on the profile, very comfortable, the agency responds very fast whenever we had a question, super kind and accommodating.
