We had the most amazing stay at Villa Invicta and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group of 5 couples. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the villa was beautifully presented, comfortable and had everything we could have wanted for a group holiday. The location was also ideal — just outside of Kotor, around a 10-minute taxi ride away, which meant we had the perfect balance of being close enough to explore while still having a peaceful villa to come back to. A special mention has to go to our host, Zarklina, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible, helping us organise taxis, a boat trip and even a private chef. They were incredibly helpful, responsive and made us feel so well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all of the recommendations and arrangements they helped us with made our trip even more special. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Villa Invicta to anyone visiting the Kotor area. We would love to come back! ❤️

The property was very big accommodated three families very comfortably. Had a nice infinity pool with great views. It was very spacious.

The lower room and the bathroom continuously had a sewerage smell. We had scheduled extra cleaning and paid extra for it however, that smell stayed throughout our stay. When we raised it to the owner, she said that it’s us not keeping it clean however we had Cleaners that they had scheduled for us. The smell was unbearable and we couldn’t sleep in one of the rooms.
