It's a nice flat on the ground floor, so can be a bit dark at times and people look straight into your window, if you have it open, because they park there. But I always felt safe (there are proper safety grates in all windows). The windows are dimmer and there are curtains, too, I just had the window open quite a bit for better air. The flat has everything one could possibly need ranging from washing machine, dish washer, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven and dehumidifier to small supplies in the bathroom, cake, biscuits, jam, water, oil etc. in the kitchen. Paola and Debora were very friendly and helpful and even lifted me to and from the train station. Communication was flawless and the location was beautiful. Quiet, romantic, yet close to everything. Wifi worked well.
If you're sensitive to smells, then this flat might cause problems, because there's a very strong artificial fragrance everywhere. I put one of those automatic air fresheners outside and then it was OK.

Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è spazioso, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cosa che mi ha stupito di più è stata la dotazione: c'era letteralmente tutto l'occorrente e anche di più, dagli accessori per la cucina ai piccoli comfort che non ti aspetti di trovare. Ci si sente subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è completo e dotato di tutto l'occorrente anche per un soggiorno lungo. Non attesa e molto gradita la fornitura da parte dell'host di merendine, fette biscottate, marmellate, caffè, acqua e the per la colazione. La location è molto vicina e comoda per una passeggiata in centro o un giro in auto nei dintorni, dato che anche il parcheggio viene garantito su strada con l'apposito coupon da applicare sull'auto.
Se proprio devo trovare una cosa negativa, direi che l'appartamento risulta un po' umido. Anche attivando l'umidificatore dietro consiglio dell'host, si sentiva un po' l'umidità sulla biancheria da bagno e a letto.

Host perfetto. Ha avuto una cura verso il cliente fantastica. Chiacchierando è saltato fuori che Paola è una viaggiatrice e applica il concetto " cerco di fornire ciò che vorrei trovare io" . Che dire? Un'ottima politica di gestione 🙂 ci torneremo sicuramente quando capito a Gorizia

"Located in the center of the city, the staff are really nice, the Internet works well and very clean.
