It was okay but definitely could improve

The roof top access was amazing. Staff was very responsive when meeting our needs.

The floors were a little dirty upon arrival. As stated starter items were supplied however when you have a big group coming there should be more supplied. More towels hand towels wash cloths (which weren’t provided). More pillow cases for the extra pillows. There wasn’t a dust pan available to sweep for them before leaving.

House needs more cleaning attention.

Location was great! Close to grocery store, beach, shops, local coffee shops! Loved it!

I arrived at location and met the cleaning lady who was nice. She stated that the place was nice and clean but towels were still in dryer. There were only 12 bath towels (good thing we had our beach towels) and there were 13 of us. Towels were stained and note sure that soap was used to wash them. We bought detergent and washed them again. 12 towels was not enough for the amount of people staying and the amount of days, we also only got one toilet paper per bathroom. We only had one kitchen towel and one paper towel. The floors were very dirty to where we could see crumbs under and around the dinner table. The mats in front of the kitchen sink and stove were very dirty to where they were permanently stuck to the floor. I am not the most clean person in the world but if you have OCD it can be overwhelming. One of the beds trim was missing the fitted sheet and another bed we found a hygiene hair. Pool was dirty almost the whole time we were there. Trash was left behind possibly from previous people and was never picked up around pool. Grill was also dirty and ended up not having a cook outside. The house could benefit from a deep cleaning. Unfortunately I will not be booking this home again.
