Lovely and warm, cosy, comfortable sofa and beds. Set in the countryside so lovely and quiet with no light pollution. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay for 2 people. Nice touch having an Alexa. TV good size and plenty of channels to watch whilst relaxing on an evening. 20 mins from the NEC. Would return again for a short stay.

Stairs were painted wood with no hand rails. Caution needed when using them as slippy if just wearing socks. In my personal opinion they could do with some sort of covering like a piece of carpet or thick rubber and definitely handrails. Would recommend Black harpic toilet cleaner for slightly stained toilet. Small rubbish bin in kitchen could do with a much larger one. Although it didn’t bother us for a 2 night stay there were no drawers or hanging space for clothes.

Quiet, clean, great use of space to create a cosy stay.

The Wi-Fi was weak (impacted TV signal) and we had no mobile phone signal. Slightly cramped upstairs.
