We had a lovely stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to relax.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink and shown around the villa. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly, and all the important information, including who to contact if we needed anything, was provided. Service finishes at 5pm, but we found that wasn't an issue.
The villa itself is beautiful and felt very safe, with security around the property and guards walking the area at night. Every bedroom has air conditioning and its own bathroom. One room has an outdoor shower, while another has a lovely outdoor bathtub, which was a nice touch. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped with everything you need, and there was even an iron available.
A special mention has to go to Adit, who was amazing throughout our stay. He checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything and couldn't have been more helpful. We had breakfast twice one being a floating breakfast. It was lovely. We also asked at short notice for a western buffet. They accommodated a request for something that wasn't on the menu which I appreciated. The chocolate cake for dessert was absolutely delicious. I wish the size of the portion was bigger!
The pool was colder than we expected, but that's not really something the villa can control.
There were the odd insects, as you'd expect, but nothing that bothered us, and mosquito spray was provided.
The location is quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, so just keep that in mind if you prefer to be within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Suka Coffee is only about a 10-minute walk away and the centre is around a 20-minute drive.
A couple of negatives. When we were leaving. We were all women travelling together and had several heavy suitcases to load into the van. While there were men nearby, no one offered to help, which felt a little uncomfortable in the moment. It may simply not be something they normally do, so I don't want to judge them too harshly, but it was something that stood out to us.
Also The villa is third from the end of a LONG lane. If the neighbouring villas are occupied, you can sometimes hear other guests. Lastly; the roads leading to the villa are narrow, and it could be a little nerve-wracking if another car came the other way, but our driver's car had no problems getting through.

notre Hôte était génial, souriant, acueillant, gentil! rien à dire , un service de qualité pour le petit dejeuner et le service de menage au top.
La petite rue qui vous emmene à la villa est impraticable à piedet en voiture c'est limite.

The pool and the views were great, as well as the open living room. The decoration was also very nice.
There is a problem with the smell in the drainage in the livning room and in the bathrooms. We called the host which he came immediately and he improved it a little bit but i think there is a general problem in the area with the drainage and the smell. Another small problem was that once you get out of the main road you must drive for around 500 meters in a very bumpy road which many taxis dont go or if you have a really big car it doesnt fit because in the side there is a river. There are about 10-15 villas in this road and i dont understand why they dont fix this.Overall the smell was not sooooo bad , but sure it can be way better. If they fix these 2 problems it's definitely a worth visiting villa, but now it was just ok.
