This is a very small house comüprising 3 bedrooms. 5min walk to the city center, same distance to the next supermarket. Good location, well maintained, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the evening.
For a short stay of only one night, it felt annoying that they din't provide toilet paper nor soap. In March (winter) it was cold in some rooms and especially on the ground floor and had some odd moisture smell. In some of the rooms rooms there were heating ventilators.

Great location with a great price. Quirky building within easy walking distance of the old town, cafes, restaurants and shops.
Very basic so don't expect any frills. Have to collect key from a separate, but nearby location - there may be an additional fee for this depending on the time.

The location was great — very close to the city center, which was really convenient. The apartment had the basics covered, but for an 8-day stay it felt a bit too basic: there wasn't much seating, the toilet being upstairs was inconvenient, and the kitchen was quite small. There were also no simple essentials like oil, salt, or pepper, and the toilet paper provided wasn't enough for 4 people over 8 days, so we ended up buying our own.
There were also some issues with the facilities — some of the lighting was broken, and there weren't enough power outlets, with no power strips provided to make up for it. Fans were available, which was nice, but there weren't enough outlets nearby to actually plug them in. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, which became more noticeable over the course of the week.
Communication with the contact person was another downside — responses were slow and they were generally hard to reach.
On the plus side, the cleaner did a really great job, which we appreciated.
