Very good location with easy access to public transport and grocery stores. Well connected to the city center.
Communication with the owner was very poor. They hardly reverted on time.
We stayed for 3 nights during peak summer. The listing mentions fan availability but given it's a 2 bedroom apartment, they should have provided fans in both rooms but only 1 room had a fan.

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Všude bylo krásně čisto, vše potřebné bylo k dispozici a nic nám nechybělo. Velkým plusem bylo také velmi tiché okolí, díky kterému jsme si skvěle odpočinuli. Pobyt jsme si opravdu užili a rádi se sem někdy vrátíme.
Jediné, co nám chybělo, bylo pohodlnější posezení. K dispozici byly pouze barové židle, takže by bylo příjemné, kdyby v apartmánu byla alespoň dvě pohodlná křesla nebo menší sedačka, kde by se dalo večer odpočinout. Jinak jsme si pobyt užili.

Sauberkeit, ruhige Lage, kein Problem einen PKW-Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden.
Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee samt Filtern und Kaffeepulver vorhanden.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle nicht weit entfernt.
Küchenausstattung etwas mager, nur 3 Müslischalen für 4 Personen. Küchenzeile zum Nahrung zubereiten nur bedingt geeignet. Kein Backofen, keine Bratpfanne vorhanden.
Handtuchhaken im Bad prinzipiell gut, aber etwas zu nahe beieinander montiert.
Vorhandene Terrasse nicht nutzbar (dies war aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt). Aber trotzdem schade...

Good position
No shampoo, shower gel, hand soap in the bathroom.
No washer in the room.
No hot water on the arriving day because of water supply disruption -->The host didn't give any advance notice and didn't take any action, so it was impossible to shower and relax after a day of sightseeing！
3 nights for 450 EUR is not worth!!!
