I liked that it was around 2 convenience stores, 4 mins away from Ebisucho station and 10 mins away from Shin-Imamiya station.
Although the place was called a hotel, it was more of a service apartment. It would have been great if water bottles are provided and the room gets tidied everyday but for the proce point, it is acceptable.
