Location was great, easy walking distance to every where, compact apartment with quality fittings. Nice view overlooking the terrace.
The stairs were quite steep and narrow at the bend. Bathroom was downstairs while everything else was upstairs. Not recommended for anyone with difficulty with stairs.

Everything about it was perfect, from the location next to the most beautiful view over the lake, to the facilities inside, everything was clean and the host was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. Didn’t miss anything during the stay, and we’ll always remember our holiday here.

Probably the best Location overlooking Lake Bracciano and a few minutes walking to the Castle and about 15-20 minute walk to the Lake. Beautiful and well equipped unit with a Jacuzzi tub. The only thing that was not easy was the stairs to the upstairs are a bit narrow
