Poor host communication and management. Very difficult to get a response, and the security deposit was delayed. Overall,

Good location.

The person who guided me sent me a message requesting a security deposit. After I transferred the money, he only sent me a video and a message . After that, when I had several issues regarding the homestay, he did not respond to any of my messages or calls. After checking out, I also sent pictures showing that I had surrendered the keys, but there was still no response. In his first message, he mentioned that the security deposit would be returned within one day after check-out. However, he did not return the money until the second day, and it was very difficult to get my deposit back. The host’s response was extremely poor, and communication was almost nonexistent. Overall, very poor management and a disappointing experience.

Nice view I guess

Killed 6 cockroaches the first night there. They keep appearing. Manager doesn’t care Toilet roof started leaking and collapsed. Non stop dripping. WiFi is terrible. Too laggy to game. Disconnects often Pay for other properties nearby. This isn’t worth anything

Room smell of smoke. There is wall plug with metal expose on it. Very hazardous. And there is also water mark of 'love' shape on bathroom wall- this is visible when hot shower is turned on
