The flat is well situated in Clifton village close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.Close to buses into the centre of Bristol and a short walk to the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The bed in the flat was very comfortable.
There is no microwave, frying pan, teaspoons, or tin opener in the flat. Not suitable if you have mobility issues due to the two sets of stairs.

- It was cozy and bigger than most places
- Location is great
- You have all the building for yourself as there is a barbershop downstairs but everything is yours
- There is no washer
- Handles and faucets were wobbly
- Spiderwebs are everywhere
- Cleaning company is not that good. There were crumbs on the couch with some wrappers on the floor
- Shower had molds
- Windows are old and are not sound proof
- You can hear people outside even if they were just walking
