Great location for seeing Bristol. Quiet leafy surroundings. Everything clean. Well equipped kitchen. The heating was easy to use. Useful information regarding places of interest and places to eat and drink left by the host was appreciated too.
The single bed was very squeaky. Some of the description of the apartment was not accurate: for example, there was no additional toilet, no coffee machine and the outdoor space was a disappointing "patio"

Nice and modern finish. Lovely double room. Helpful and accommodating hosts.
Wasn't aware it was a basement flat. That made access a bit awkward with luggage, and the flat wasn't as bright as expected. The floors (especially in the kitchen) were quite slick - presumably from the cleaning supplies. We found that the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't powerful enough to clear the damp from showering. Finally, since it's a basement flat, you can clearly hear people walking in the flat above, which woke us up on two of the mornings.

L’appartement est très joliment décoré, très bien équipé et vraiment confortable (il y a même des volets, ce qui est important pour nous, français !). En plus il est parfaitement localisé. Les échanges se sont très bien passés avec les propriétaires.

De ligging
Het appartement ligt in de kelder. Het was- zeker bij binnenkomst- vochtig en muffig.
Was lastig te verwarmen. Kleine tafeltje wat bedoeld was om buiten te zitten stond bij de keldervoordeur in kleine donkere hoek. Te krap en donker.
Het pand stond in de steigers. De poten van steiger stonden ook op de trap naar toegang appartement.
