The location was ok, the room amenities could have been better
The helper who was there was a little slow in arranging things and had to reach out to him multiple times for every small thing, like hot water or coffee or even a towel.

The balcony and terrace view was amazing. Even better than most of the tourist place in Madikeri. You get to see really nice sunset and misty mornings and evenings sometimes. Also the breakfast they served was so good. You will rarely find such soft idli and crispy vadas. Suresh(staff) was also really helpful.
While balcony and terrace were outstanding. Rooms were okayish. Not aesthetic. But clean and budget friendly.
