Very nice studios, spacious, comfortable, with everything you would need, even a coffee machine with dolce gusto capsules. Comfortable bed, working AC, comfy shower, etc.
Parking spaces in front of the buildings on the street.
Location is very good - 5 min walk to the beach; 5 min with a car to the nearby Lidl, 7 min walk to the city centre with lots of restaurants, bakeries, cafes.
Only few suggestions - adding a hand soap to the kitchen sink, and perhaps cleaning/tidying the room (basic things like throwing the trash and quick vacuuming the floor) every 3-4 days or so for people staying longer.
