Good location, a 5 minutes walk from the main tourist area and fortunately a bit hidden, so it was quiet at night. The room is small but I guess for that price you shouldn't expect bigger one. It's clean and generally comfortable for couple of nights. There was a small fridge and a hairdryer.

Cortesia ed efficacia guidano la conduzione di questo centralissimo punto notte nel pieno centro di Cagliari, con parcheggi comodissimi a pochi secondi per il carico e scarico bagagli, e nella peggiore delle ipotesi a cinque minuti di cammino per la sosta. Stanza e bagno ben tenuti e curati, aria condizionata presente a telecomando. Ideale come riferimento per visitare la città, in caso di soggiorni brevi. Posizione assai silenziosa.

Due cose, oggettivamente difficili da migliorare: non c'é ascensore, ma i due piani si salgono agevolmente, e spazi privati angusti, anche se non asfissianti.

Perfect location in the city center. Excellent if you want to stay close to main attractions and most of transportation services.

Communication could be improved. I was risking to miss my flight since I left the luggage inside and no answer to my phone and neither to my messages.
