Spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace and view, a powerful air conditioning unit to keep the Roman summer heat at bay, this apartment is not in a location one would choose at first sight on the map, but its position - near to the Castelli Hills of Rome, to Rome itself and to the Ring Road (GRA) leading to all highways and to Ciampino airport - is really hard to beat. Moreover, an easy accessible, covered and secured parking space lets you sleep without the fear of unpleasant morning surprises. A coffee shop and another couple of convenience stores are in easy walking distance. Though at no more than 200 yards from the traffic on the via Appia, the surroundings are pleasantly quiet. Definitely a choice I would keep in mind for my next stay !

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha anche lasciato degli snack dolci e salati e un piccolo pensiero per il nostro bimbo. Comoda la possibilità di avere il posto auto privato. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma saremmo volentieri rimasti più a lungo.

Apartment was very clean. Loved the massive balcony and view. Snacks, water, breakfast items were a nice touch. There was also a coffee machine with capsules. Kitchen was fully equipped but sadly we never had a chance to use it. Bed and sofa bed were comfy. Good location. Private parking was great. Easy access to apartment with elevator. Ylenia was amazing always in touch if we needed her. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.
