Die Lage der Villa war sehr gut gelegen, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar, an allen Fenstern waren Fliegengitter angebracht, Waschmaschine und Trockner waren vorhanden und konnten genutzt werden. Kühlschrank und separater Gefrierschrank waren ebenso vorhanden. Für den Pool wurden ein paar Spielsachen und eine Luftmatratze zur Verfügung gestellt. Rund um den Pool standen 4 Liegen mit Auflagen. Handtücher für den Außenbereich wurden gestellt. Den Grill im Innenhof haben wir nicht benutzt, jedoch hätte man die Möglichkeit zum Grillen gehabt. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und hält auf Ihrem Grundstück sehr freundliche Hunde und Katzen. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt.
Das 4. Zimmer (außerhalb des Hauses) ist zwar schön und ebenso mit Klima ausgestattet, aber recht klein und spartanisch von der Einrichtung her. Es gab einen Kleiderständer und eine Kommode, jedoch keinen Kleiderschrank. Somit musste man quasi aus dem Koffer leben. Leider konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht zu machen und das Bett quitschte sehr laut. Handwaschseife, Geschirrtabs, Waschmittel, Spülmittel usw. musste man selbst kaufen. Es wäre von Vorteil gewesen, wenn mehr Besteck zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property, pool area, and gardens are all stunning and exceptionally well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Debbie was an outstanding host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable holiday.
A special mention goes to Debbie’s three lovely dogs, who are very friendly and affectionate. For guests who prefer not to interact with dogs, the property is thoughtfully gated to keep them separate from the villa area. As dog lovers, we really enjoyed spending time with them.
Our children especially loved being able to pick fresh lemons and oranges from the trees, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more memorable.
We would highly recommend this villa and would happily return in the future.
The walk to shops/restaurants are down a road with no footpath- quite dangerous
With young children. However Ubers are very cheap. You can also get uber eats deliveries very easily.

- Piscine vétuste, carrelages tranchants
- Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un kit de bienvenue avec un minimum de produits pour le prix de la location
- Literie âgée
- Humidité dans les chambres qui laisse une mauvaise odeur même avec un système de déshumidificateur
Propriétaire habite à coté de la maison un peu dérangeant
