Great place with everything we needed as a family (with young learning disabled adults) visiting other family.
Perfect for us with everything we needed. Clear communication. Comfortable & clean.
Have stayed before , will stay again.
Parking is a priority for us & this place has a car park next to it which is so helpful & easy

The location is what I like about the place, Tesco is just by the corner, kfc was swift with delivery as it’s in front of the building . You can get transport to anywhere, trams and bus available…
The heating weren’t working, my kids had cold just from our first night…

The furniture was new and clean, and the beds were comfortable
The general cleanliness and decor of the apartment was very disappointing. When we first walked in, there was a damp smell, and the stairs had clearly not been hoovered or cleaned in a while. Then, after going up to the apartment, we found spiders in all the corners, cobwebs throughout, the carpet is fairly heavily stained, and the towels had not been washed. I've attached photos of all the issues we had. I think it may be time to consider changing cleaning companies. There were cracks going across the wall in the living room and bedroom. Also, the bathroom door didn't close, and it had no lock.
