Staff was always friendly and happy to help. Wer were in Kontakt with Juan from reception who kindly answered all our questions. I don’t remember his name, but the chef cook was also very kind and made delicious eggs.
The property is very modern yet needs a bit of work to keep it that way. Such as fixing the broken shower door.

We like Casa Aure very much. The staff is very helpful and friendly specially Juan, Francisco and Benjamin. Good location with very good restaurants ,cafes , museums and cultural sites. Few blogs from centre of the city. Nice breakfast! We always come back here.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Aure in Santiago. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my time there.
When I arrived, I was welcomed by Juan and Francisco, who both speak excellent English and were incredibly helpful. I was upgraded to a better room at no extra charge, and Francisco even walked with me to show me the nearest metro station.
When I checked out early to catch my flight and would miss the breakfast, Juan prepared a snack box for me to take to the airport.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Bed and bathroom are ok
It was cold and there was a little heating device at the room. It is very noise the room is just in front of the main street and windows and door just don't close enough - huge problem. There is no parking space
Breakfast is very poor, no fersh bread
