Hot water, quiet, Internet router, hot water kettle to make coffee. Big refrigerator. Clean.
Had to wait an hour for someone to let me into my apartment and hand me a set of key. No reception desk. Nobody to greet you. Front entrance is some steps leading to a small elevator and narrow set of stairs. This is a new building with 6 floors of 4 apartments per floor. AirBnB style: coffee/tea, snack food, small living area, separate bedroom, separate shower. Door locks like a prison. I got stuck locking-unlocking the door. Had to call a watchman to unlock the door. TV did not work.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the furniture is in good condition. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, pubs, and bars within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Mr. Magdy was extremely helpful, and the owner was always reachable when needed.
On the negative side, there was considerable noise for two days due to construction work inside the building. Also, the nice view is only available from one bedroom. Some basic amenities were missing, including an iron, toaster, and coffee machine, which I believe are essential and should be provided.
