Bardzo udany pobyt.
Pokój był czysty, zadbany i komfortowy. Widać, że obiekt jest dobrze utrzymany, a dbałość o porządek i wygodę gości stoi tutaj na wysokim poziomie. Po całym dniu można było spokojnie odpocząć i zregenerować siły. Dużym plusem jest również spokojna atmosfera, dzięki której pobyt był naprawdę przyjemny.
Lokalizacja w Chełmcu jest bardzo dogodna, szczególnie dla osób odwiedzających Nowy Sącz i okolice. Jednocześnie obiekt znajduje się w miejscu, w którym można odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku.
Podsumowując – bardzo dobre miejsce zarówno na krótki nocleg, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Czysto, komfortowo, smacznie i z bardzo miłą obsługą. Stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Ok
Łóżka pojedyncze, jak się połaczy to i tak zostaje niewygodny spadek. Mały piesek dodatkowo płatny 50zl /doba, są miejsca ciekawsze, gdzie pobyt pieska jej jest dodatkowo liczony.

The reception staff member- the young lady with dark hair and glasses, was extremely friendly and helpful. When I found I had not been given an upgraded room (for which I had paid) she did everything she could to resolve this by giving me an alternative room.
Unfortunately, by this time (after dinner) I was too tired to move my things and although she offered to help with that, I had had a long day so decided to stay where I was in 303.
I would argue that it is a ‘hotel’ - it was a big building with rooms. Very modern but without any traditional hospitality aspects. I am sure it will have some demographic who likes it.
On the second night, I came back to an unserviced room but the receptionist (tall, blond) could not help. Not her fault because, as far as I could see, there appeared to be no back-up staff to assist.
Probably the strangest ‘hotel’ I have ever experienced.
As stated above, all glitz with absolutely no personality.
