The place is a garage that has recently been converted into a bungalow. Tidy and clean. Nicely decorated. Rather well equiped: it has everything you need, laid out with a kitchen area, a sleeping area, a toilet/shower room, and a wall-mounted breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor table and chairs. A flat-screen TV faces the bed.
The property isn't close to the beach, but the street is quiet, with very little traffic.
We parked our car on the pavement in front of the accommodation.
It took us 35 minutes to walk to the large and beautiful beach of Stella-Plage (or 5 minutes by car).
The setting is residential, quiet, and leafy.
You will need to unfold the living room sofa—and put on the bed linen—to turn it into a bed.
Our first night was the last of a scorching heatwave. We were happy there was a ventilator. Still it was "on the edge".

La propreté du studio, et je m’y suis sentie très bien dès mon arrivée. Studio très cocooning.
Le réseau un peu compliqué pour être joignable en cas de problème, en ce qui me concerne pour mon Papa de 92 ans. Sinon pour le reste ce n’est pas grave ça pouvait attendre. Coupure d’écran en vacances, c’est formidable.😁
