There are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a bright/enclosed sunroom on the first floor. The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom to provide plenty of living space(the top bunk has a 165lb limit).Outside you will find a shower, grill, and a large garage. The garage offers plenty of storage space and increased security for your bicycles and other personal belongings. We will include fishing poles, chairs, table, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach toys. 4 Beach tags are provided with the house. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
