Kindly put ski boots at the front entry. ★SEVEN DEVILS CHAIN LAW (DURING WINTER) Please know that the town has a sign posted at the beginning of Seven Devils Road that advises 4WD, chains, or studded snow tires are required when traveling on town roads. Whenever travel by motor vehicles on town streets is hazardous due to snow, ice, or combination of both, the flashing sign shall be clearly illuminated, and the chain law is in effect, requiring: Chains, Snow Tires, Four-wheel Drive/AWD or combination of above. Penalty of $150 will be imposed to those who will violate. Guest Access: Guest will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the utility room in the basement. The Neighborhood: The Town of Seven Devils is very thought after and quiet. This property is nestled at the end of a gravel road with privacy for you and your guest enjoyment. Seven Devils is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Vineyards, fishing, hiking trials, and both Sugar/Beech Ski resorts. This property offers great parking for up to 4 cars and mostly flat. Other Things to Note: 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicles will be recommended during the winter months. Gravel road leads to the house. Parking of up to 4 cars is no problem, plenty of parking space.
