About this house rental

Welcome to this comfortable and stylish riverview home. Newly remodeled with all the amenities of home. Situated steps away from the Niagara River as it meets the Erie Canal. Full access to boat docks and walking paths at beautiful Niawanda Park. Short walk to bars, restaurants and water fun! We are located mid way between Niagara Falls and Buffalo, NY with easy thruway access. Additional disclosure: outside perimeter cameras with active monitoring.

We LOVED staying in this property! We were visiting Niagara Falls with our 11 year old granddaughter and this was the perfect location. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was amazing! Our granddaughter loved playing darts, boxing, and playing foosball in the basement play room. It was great to have laundry facilities, and the extra 1/2 bath downstairs made a difference for our group of 3. This house is just steps away from a wonderful riverfront park with a walking trail. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed walking around it too. Groceries and restaurants are just a short drive down the road. There were lots of great touches like plenty of places to recharge devices, a coffee maker and a Kurig, lots of towels and blankets, and even a sweet note and a bag of local chocolates!

We loved our stay! The house was extremely clean and welcoming. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.Hosts communicated and responded well and quickly. Appreciate it!
