Fenced in big backyard allows safe place for kids to play. 6 min from airport, 8 min from the Mountain America Center, 5 minute to the interactive East Idaho Aquarium, 2 min from LDS temple, across the street from FamilySearch Library, 4 min walk to Riverwalk Greenbelt Trail, 4 min walk to Melaleuca Baseball Field, minutes from downtown Idaho Falls restaurants, Japanese Gardens & farmers market. Minutes from the on-ramp to Highway 20 to take you to Bear World, BYUI in Rexburg, Island Park and West Yellowstone. Walmart is a 7 min drive and Fred Meyer is 6 min drive for groceries or other shopping needs.

First, the communication with the owners was amazing and they made us feel very welcome throughout our booking and stay. The property is in a great location, very near downtown and close to some very beautiful areas. The Riverwalk is supposed to be amazing but we didn't have time in our schedule this trip. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean, as well. Although the home is older, with a quaintly tight-opening front door and closets, the owners have made the home very modern and clean! It actually felt quite spacious for us (we had 4 adults and 2 children). Everything was beautifully kept and cleaned. Even the downstairs basement, with older lower ceilings, was very bright and clean without the "old basement" feel. We were in town for a wedding and had several of our older and younger cousins come to spend the evenings with us to play games and visit. The downstairs basement had a perfect area for the younger children to hang out and play their games, while the upstairs dining area was ample space for the older teens to play games and eat so the adults could sit and visit in the family room area. It really was an enjoyable home with ample space and comfort. The beds were all very comfortable! No sagging mattresses and none were "hard as a board", either. Even the Kitchen was outfitted perfectly (including a great little bar area that was great for extra stuff we wanted to keep out for snacks). The home was GREAT, and we will definitely stay there again!!

The actual property we stayed in appeared to be recently remodeled. It was very clean and comfortable to stay there. It looked like the appliances were all pretty new. Some of the other homes in the neighborhood were a bit run down, but other than that it was quiet and the location was to our liking, because it was very close to some nice walking trails around the falls and a river. We would stay there again if and when we plan our next visit to Idaho Falls.
