Both bedrooms have a queen bed with a mirrored closet and are immediately adjacent to the bathroom in the hall. One bedroom has a dedicated desk area with a printer. On the downstairs floor is bedroom #3 with a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. Bathroom #2 is immediately adjacent to both bedrooms. All bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Full front-loading washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience in a separate laundry room downstairs. There are stairs (about 50) to access the property so please be aware that access is not suitable for the disabled. This is a really comfortable condo. We stock all the beds with highest quality mattress, linens, blankets, comforters and pillows and aim to have everything you will need to just kick back and the enjoy the views! You access the property via the private lane from the parking lot to a set of 50 stairs leading to the front door. The distance from the parking lot to the stairs is about 300 feet. You can pull your vehicle to the bottom of the staircase to load/unload/pick-up/drop-off - parking is not permitted for extended periods of time. Pull to the side of the road so other cars can pass. When done go park and walk back. This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property (including the deck) and we appreciate/expect your cooperation. This is also a non-pet home. The street/area is very quiet and peaceful. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM and will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. This is a residential area and full-time residents live in the building.
