Luxurious 3-bedroom beach penthouse suite is 3,700 square feet with panoramic view of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta. The 85-acre property extends from a private beach up a tropical forest mountain side.
The 3BD penthouse includes wrap-around terraces accessible from all bedrooms and living room. Floor to ceiling retractable sliding glass doors. High-speed Wi-Fi internet, full-size gourmet kitchen, pantry, wine cooler, and room service. Large living room and dining room areas.
One of three possible prime penthouse configurations will be assigned at check-in based on availabililty. All configurations have spendid views, three king beds, wrap-around deck with a jacuzzi, and ample entertaining space!

My family of 6 stayed at Garza Blanca Preserve 3 bedroom penthouse and welcomed New Years 2025 there. The penthouse is jaw dropping, my kids would not stop gushing about the views, space, room service, and amenities. We started everyday with the best coffee/pastries/sunrise/vibes and chilled like never before. I loved working with the hosts, they made “every” good faith effort to address any issues I brought forth (literally 2) and made a ton of recommendations on what to see and do in the area. I would rent this again and would rent anything that Rob and Harold recommend. And did I say, my family still talks about this experience. There are definitely a couple issues with the resort itself (slow check-in, system transitions, personal concierge not accommodating) but nothing the host can do about that at all. Besides, the hosts did everything in their power to address things as they came up and were graceful while doing so. Recommend Highly!! Love it and the hosts’ energy, timely follow-up, communication, and positivity.

This beach-front, spacious unit was great for our two families of 4. The resort is beautiful, pools are great for kids and adults alike, beach is small but nice, restaurants are great, and it's only 15 min to get into Puerto Vallarta. This was our second stay at this resort and we'll go back!

First, let me say that the property managers, Rob and Harold, were incredibly caring and helpful in answering all our questions. They put us at ease.
My family had a WONDERFUL TIME staying in this beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom beach penthouse. There were five of us - two grandparents, my daughter and her husband, and our two-year-old grandson who loved exploring everything inside and out. We had daily outings to the beach and to the swimming pools. Some of us hiked, some snorkeled, and we all enjoyed the Carousel! We also went to the nearby zoo and strolled along the beach front in Puerto Vallarta.
Our family loved hanging out together in the great room that included a spacious living room area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the Banderas Bay were breath-takingly beautiful, and all rooms opened to terraces that took us even closer to the sky and sea and the hot tub!
The concierge service was top-notch. Upon arrival, they gave us a very helpful orientation to the resort and then helped us get restaurant reservations and answered any questions we had with boundless cheerfulness. Every staff person we encountered was friendly, cheerful, and seemed to enjoy working at Garza Blanca.
We alternated cooking for ourselves and eating in a number of restaurants on site. We enjoyed the variety of cuisines available from luxurious to casual, and we made frequent use of room service!
The penthouse was such a great place to stay.
