If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing. Internet/Cable: Newman Hospitality is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues. The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
